Having Trouble Logging in to Absence Management?

Here is a list of common questions and answers to troubleshoot your access:

To login to Absence Management in Frontline you must login through Classlink here:https://launchpad.classlink.com/ncisd. Once logged in, please click the Frontline icon and then Absence Management.Please verify that you are using the correct URL and network credentials to login. These are the same credentials that you use to login to a NCISD Computer.If you haveyour password saved, clear any saved passwords and retype your login credentials again.

  • Error message stating: "User ID or Password is incorrect"
  • Error message stating: "You have not been assigned a role"
  • I am unable to login to TEAMS because it requires an access code sent by text and I have a new number.
  • I am not receiving a verification code from TEAMS.

If you haveyour password saved, clear any saved passwords and retype your login credentials again.

If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password and/or access your usernamehere.

Error message stating: "You have not been assigned a role"

It sounds like you are logging into the ERP (admin) side of the system, not the Employee Self Service. AccessEmployee Self Servicewith your network credentials. These are the same credentials that you use to login to an NCISD Computer.

Once you login with your network credentials (the same credentials that you use to login to your computer), you will be asked to confirm your identity a second time by entering the number that will be given to you via Voice or Text to the phone number you have listed on file. If the phone number listed is incorrect, you will need to fill out thisformto have the information changed in TEAMS. Please allow up to 72 hours for the change to take effect.

I am unable to login to TEAMS because it requires an access code sent by text and I have a new number.

Please check your phone settings for call blocking and make sure this phone number is not listed: 512-645-2766

iPhone - Go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification

Android - Go to settings > Blocked Numbers

Some providers will automatically block a number if they suspect it is spam.

Loan Forgiveness

To Submit Documents to HR for Verification

  1. Complete all required employee/student form sections and sign all documents prior to district verification.

Resources

Records Request

The district will provide a service record within 30 days after the employee’s request or 30 days after the employee’s last day of work, whichever is later. If you have any questions, please contact Ashley Garcia.

Upon hire, you must provideHuman Resources withoriginaltranscripts and service records within 45 days of your hire date.

Service Records

You are responsible for requesting your service records from previous districts and submitting the original to Human Resources. Remember, salary credit for experience in, or out of state, will not be granted until original service records are received and verified. State leave balances are not updated until the original service record has been submitted. If you have previous school district experience and are unable to get a service record, please use ourExperience Verification Form.

Transcripts

Transcripts need to bear the original seal and the signature of the registrar. Original transcripts are not required to be in a sealed envelope, however, it must be on the institution’s paper. Human Resources will only accept electronic transcripts sent directly from the institution.
